The successful candidate for this role will have recent experience in a textiles digital print environment as well as technical skills including knowledge of repeat patterns and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
The ability assist customers with technical needs, ensuring a smooth workflow from start to finish is key, as is a clear understanding of health and safety considerations within a digital print setting. You should be experienced in using computerised systems to manage stock, maintain records and communicate with clients.
As well as being reliable with excellent timekeeping skills, you should be confident in working independently, showing initiative and adaptability. You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer care, with the ability to deal with students and staff in a tactful and sensitive manner.
We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a textiles digital print environment.
- Knowledge of common printing faults such as banding and an eye for detail.
- Possession of the IOSH qualification or a willingness to complete (training will be provided).
- Knowledge of Fabrics, being able to identify each type and understand how they react in the print environment

This is a casual hourly paid position, with hours to be flexible on a weekly basis, depending on demand.
