You’ll bring:
- Expertise in designing and delivering learning programmes across areas such as management, leadership, and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with digital learning tools, including learning management systems and virtual delivery methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results.

We operate a hybrid flexible approach to working with the opportunity to work from home and/or campus. The Talent and Development team usually work 2 days/week from Penryn campus.
