The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, enjoy working with data and systems, and take pride in getting the details right. You will be a proactive team player who communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners.
We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:
- Experience of working with a recognised Student Records Database and/or similar software
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and data quality standards, with a sound understanding of GDPR and safe record keeping.
- Clear, confident communication skills and a customer focused approach.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines in a fast paced environment.
It’s a bonus (but not essential) if you have:
- Experience of working in the of the Higher Education sector.
- Experience with SITS:Vision / e:Vision (or a similar student records system).
- Awareness of current HE policy and practice

This is a permanent, full time, 35 hours a week position across Monday-Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.
