About The Role

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Applicant Services Officer to join our Growth team. This is an interesting and varied role working within a team who are responsible for managing all stages of the ‘applicant journey’ from the initial application to enrolment, providing admissions advice and guidance to applicants, academic staff and other stakeholders.

The position is working within a fun and hardworking team who work closely with academic colleagues and EU and International Agents. The post holder will be expected to develop student information systems and business processes and ensure that they effectively support the needs of applicants, staff and other stakeholders.

About You

The ideal candidate will need to be highly organised, able to work proactively with a proven record of building and sustaining productive working relationships with key stakeholders. If you have excellent customer service skills, extensive administrative experience and excellent IT skills we would love to hear from you.

We are looking to hear from candidates who also have the following skills/experience:
 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook, and experience of working with a wide variety of computer systems and packages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and confidentially, verbally and in writing
  • Experience of complying with laid down policies, procedures and timescales

This position is fixed term to 2 June 2023, full-time, working 35 hours a week.
