We are seeking candidates with significant exposure to the field of learning and development, including experience in managing all stages of the training cycle, delivering effective leadership development, training needs analysis, facilitating learning interventions, coaching, and developing successful initiatives to change leadership behaviours.
Importantly you will bring new ideas and challenge conventional thinking, be highly analytical with the ability to use data to identify themes and trends and be able to translate concepts into workable best-fit solutions for the organisation.
