The ideal candidate will have previous experience of undertaking a wide range of administrative duties, be proficient to an advanced level in utilising Microsoft Office applications and be able to demonstrate an ability to take responsibility for tasks and deliver according to deadlines. This role requires a proactive and flexible approach.
We are also looking for candidates with the following skills/experience:
- Experience of providing administrative support across departments and functions
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Advanced cross functional working (i.e. multiskilling)
- Experience of managing projects and organising complex events
- Coordination and management of committee meetings

This is a full time, 35 hours a week position. It is primarily a campus based role, however, hybrid working is available, with a mix of on campus and home working.
