You will be a qualified electrician with a recognised Level 3 apprenticeship (or equivalent), and up-to-date IET Regulations. You’ll be confident working independently in a maintenance setting and capable of solving problems on complex systems and installations.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Recent experience in estates or facilities maintenance
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach
It would also be desirable for the successful candidate to posses:
- HNC in Electrical Engineering
- IPAF, PASMA or asbestos awareness training
- Experience in higher education or similar public sector environment
- Authorised Person (LV/HV) status
