The successful candidate for this role will need to be highly organised, able to work proactively as part of a team as well as independently with a proven record of building and sustaining productive working relationships with key stakeholders. You should be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate equivalent and extensive work-based learning in a relevant environment.
We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook, and experience of working with a wide variety of computer systems and packages
- Experience of providing excellent customer service and being service focused.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and confidentially, verbally and in writing.
- Experience of complying with laid down policies, procedures and timescales

This is a permanent, full time, 35 hours a week position across Monday-Friday. This is a hybrid role, with two out of five days to be worked at our Falmouth Campus. Some flexibility around this will be occasionally required.
