The Opportunity
 
Falmouth University is seeking a dynamic Microsoft 365 Support Analyst to join our Digital Development and Support team. This critical role goes beyond technical support, you'll be a key driver in enhancing our organization's digital capability, directly supporting staff productivity and helping to achieve our strategic goals. We take an agile and customer focussed approach to improving users experiences through digital solutions.

What You'll Do
 
  • Drive Microsoft 365 adoption and innovation
  • Solve customer technical challenges
  • Create impactful support materials and ad-hoc training as required
  • Contribute to Agile and IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies
  • Develop simple solutions across Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and more.

We are looking for someone who has the following skills/experience:
 
  • IT qualification or equivalent experience
  • Passionate about Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
