Receptionist

We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis to provide a high-quality service and a welcoming and professional greeting for all campus visitors. 

 

Working in multiple reception areas, the successful applicant will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the campus, by phone or online, respond to a wide range of enquiries and be able to redirect them effectively to the appropriate place.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a customer relations environment, preferably as a ‘front line’ member of staff. You will have experience in offering excellent customer service, good organisational skills and the ability to work without direct supervision.

This position is offered on a permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week contract working 8.30am to 17.00pm, Monday to Friday.
