We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in managing staff in an operational environment. You will have strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead employees, effective communication skills and the ability to apply confidentiality and tact to situations, being diplomatic and sensitive to the needs of others.
The ideal candidate would have the following skills/experience:
- Ability to prioritise own workload and direct the work of others, prioritising, delegating, and managing performance.
- Ability to take ownership of situations, react and make independent decisions, often in pressurised situations.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities.
- Excellent report writing skills.
A background in security is not essential as a full training package will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to work in this unique environment.
Due to the nature of the role, you will also be required to undergo a standard Disclosure & Barring Service Check.
The hours for this position are 42.46 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hours per shift working 19.30pm to 7.30am.
