About The Role

Falmouth Exeter Plus are seeking to recruit a highly motivated full-time Accommodation Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Accommodation Office services and support our established team in providing advice and guidance to prospective and current students, throughout the year. The role covers a wide range of accommodation-related matters including managing student allocations, sending offers, managing voids and managing queries and appeals, referring to relevant teams where needed.

Working in partnership with colleagues across the universities and external accommodation providers, you’ll support the delivery of a high-quality student experience while ensuring key operational processes are delivered effectively. You will play an important role in maintaining and creating policy and procedure, monitoring void risk, and supporting service improvement planning to help achieve accommodation income targets in excess of £12m.

A key part of the role is to provide day-to-day leadership to the Accommodation team, fostering a professional and supportive working environment. You will be involved in managing performance, supporting development and ensuring the team remain student-focused and responsive throughout the academic cycle.

About You

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer-focused service environment and have previously managed or supervised a team within a busy or multi-functional department. While experience in the student accommodation or higher education sector would be an advantage, it is not essential.

This senior post is offered on a 37.5 hour a week, full time, permanent contract working across Monday-Friday.
