The successful candidate will have experience of working in a bar/nightclub environment at a supervisory level with working knowledge of UK licensing laws. In addition to excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, you will have a customer focused mind-set and strive to deliver excellent customer service to our students, staff and visitors.
You will have proven organisational skills with the ability to ensure correct staffing levels for the bars you are managing, in line with set budgets, excellent ordering and stock control management and the ability to lead your team by example with a positive can-do attitude.
You will maintain our companies’ high standards, ensuring that health and safety procedures are adhered to and that our policies and best practices are always followed. A flexible approach to working hours is required due to the nature of our hospitality and events business, as such you may be required to work evenings and weekends, in any of our bars either on Penryn or Falmouth campuses.
This position is offered on a permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week contract, with evening work being essential.
